There are 4 levels of natural gas consumption:

1. up to 220 m³ /year;
2. from 221 to 500 m³ /year;
3. from 501 to 1000 m³ /year;
4. from 1001 to 10,000 m³ /year.

The level at which the user is positioned is defined based on the last 12 months of consumption (if there is no history of 12 months of consumption, an average is calculated based on the existing consumption months).
